Mike Patraw is an Army veteran and Berkeley MICS graduate building security tools for agentic AI. Rules of Engagement is part of that work: a practical policy layer for controlling when agents must stop, escalate, or refuse.
The project is intentionally narrow. It is about governance at the point of action, not generic AI ethics copy or retroactive monitoring dashboards.
